What is Second Opinion ?
Patient should make sure that all reports are well documented.( Episode Wise)
All reports have to be in a Video File or Actual Machine Images
Being a premium service clients are asked not to furnish the findings / inference reports with the documents ,
No attachments are allowed on the channel
Thus, Clients are supposed to provide a hyperlink to the images, make sure they are also as per the episode, One report per image.(do not put multiple images onto one image)
Also it has been observed that some consultants charge a reporting fee and then come up with comments that the patient needs to have multiple similar tests done in cases where there are no images / videos provided or in cases where there is no image or video possible.
Patients are thus advised to get multiple similar tests done from recognized / accredited labs before sending in such reports to us.
A video file of the patient explaning his condition in English themselves or through an interpreter is the most sorted way of going forward.

Express Second Opinion Service
What is Express Second Opinion ?
Its the same as Second Opinion , only that you are provided with a featured listing of your query for a small fee , this would make your query jump the query queue and would be more visible on the channel.
It would be important to note here that even an Express Listing (EXpress Second Opinion) does not guarantee (like the free Second Opinion listing) that your query will be picked up for answers , it is solely on the discretion of the Visiting Consultants on the channel to pick up your query or any part of it.
Patients participation in this feature is purely voluntary, we do not advocate that you go in for the process if you have any hesitations.
These reports are not shared with anyone outside the channel.
How it works ?
This fee depends upon the number of hrs the consultant takes to go through the reports and also includes the time he thinks he would need to make the correct report.
After initial reporting, the patient if required can ask questions on the reports, the fee depends upon the number of questions that the patient wants to get clarified and also includes such time, the number of hrs the consultant takes to go through the reports and also includes the time he thinks he would need to make the correct answer to the question/s asked.
If you are happy with the fee, make the payment to the Service Provider (us) and we handle the rest, you get the reports in your mail account, within a period of a week after the consultant has received the payment.

Registered Consultants pick up your data from the channel and quote a fee for the service of reporting
